Smallpeice Alumni Celebrate Graduation from McLaren Racing’s 60 Scholars Programme
Following a successful inaugural programme last year, McLaren Racing ran 60 Scholars for a second time in 2024, an initiative that aims to support and inspire future female leaders in STEM together with its partners, Google, Cisco, Deloitte and official Learning & Skills Partner Udemy.
The Smallpeice Trust has been a part of McLaren Racing’s Engage Alliance since its inception in 2021 and were delighted that 17 Smallpiece Alumni were selected to take part in the programme.
Throughout the programme, students took part in an accelerated course of learning and mentorship with McLaren Racing, Google, Cisco and Deloitte, as well as support from extensive learning platform Udemy.
Darren Broadhurst, Partnership Manager at The Smallpeice Trust said “It’s amazing to see our Alumni take the opportunity to learn from McLaren Racing and its partners. Our Alumni have a broad interest in Engineering and we love having opportunities like this to work together”
