STEM Engagement Specialist Vacancy

Do you have a passion for engineering and inspiring young minds?

The Smallpeice Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic STEM Engagement Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the delivery of exciting and educational STEM events for schools (aged 9-18) across the UK.
• Project manage multi-day residential courses at universities, deepening the experience of engineering for young people.
• Develop new, engaging STEM content to equip the next generation of engineers.
• Represent the Trust at events and travel throughout the UK, with occasional international opportunities.
• Require an enhanced DBS\PVG, provided by Smallpeice.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths (STEM) or relevant experience.
• A vibrant, energetic personality that can captivate young audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• A strong work ethic, with a willingness to travel and frequently stay away from home overnight.
• A passion for inspiring young people and a commitment to safety.

Leamington Spa • Salary £27,000 + pension and healthcare • Permanent.
