Caroline Broadway brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and programme management. She has worked nationally and internationally in the private and public sectors. Her focus is engaging teachers, parents, pupils and partners with The Smallpeice Trust’s activities and mission.
Caroline qualified as a Chartered Marketer in 2009. Her areas of expertise include integrated campaigns, digital, stakeholder engagement, communications and business development.
In previous roles, she has been pivotal in helping organisations secure and deliver major programmes focused on consumers, businesses and schools. For example, while working at the Potato Council Caroline set up their education programme, which grew to reach two thirds of primary schools across Great Britain.
Caroline joined the Trust at the start of 2021 as Director of Engagement.
