While Faith is our youngest member of the team, she brings with her a wealth of experience in presenting and organising – having started her own Youth Group in Leamington and coordinating varying events.

While Faith is our youngest member of the team, she brings with her a wealth of experience in presenting and organising – having started her own Youth Group in Leamington and coordinating varying events.
She enjoys working closely with students – up to 60 at a time – delivering activities designed to inspire young minds and encourage them to follow STEM-related careers.
She joined the Trust after gaining a Maths degree at Warwick University.
In addition to delivering STEM days – often with a variety partners – Faith loves F1 and has enjoyed getting involved and developing bespoke STEM days which involve youngsters in designing and building model race cars.
Outside of work, she loves swimming three times a week, as well as baking and selling cakes.
Her advice to students is: “Don’t be scared of getting things wrong, it’s the best way to learn.”
