CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE 16th March
The Smallpeice Trust is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and we continue to act on advice from Public Health England (PHE) and the Department for Education. As you may know, many UK universities have decided to cancel or postpone all public events on campus as a precautionary measure to keep students and colleagues safe. We, along with our partners, take our duty of care extremely seriously and every decision is made with the best interests of your children in mind. As such, it is with regret that at the university’s instruction we will be cancelling the Introduction to Cyber Security and Astrophysics residential course at Royal Holloway, University of London, scheduled to commence on 30th March and 15th April 2020.
We understand that many students were looking forward to this course, as we were too, however we believe cancellation is the best course of action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved. We want to reassure you that you will receive a full refund of the fee you paid to attend this course; we appreciate your patience whilst we put the necessary logistical arrangements in place to return your fee. We apologise for any disruption this causes and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this period.
