Despite being relatively new to the team, Heather is one of the most experienced in education. After leaving UWE, Bristol with a degree in Biology and teaching, she embarked on a teaching career covering state schools in the UK as well as public and private schools in Malaysia and China, including four years at the Dulwich School in Shanghai.
Heather leads the whole Education Team and is responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the team, as well as supporting the development of current and new courses to ensure high quality, consistent delivery.
“I have a very multi-talented and dynamic team. A key role is to ensure they continue to develop and enjoy what they do.”
Her career advice to any youngster: “Choose something that you love and that you can make money from. All the better if it involves making the world a better place.”
Outside of work, Heather likes to be active and outdoors. Her interests include horseback archery, travelling and music.
